Terms of service
The agreement between Sixo and the clinics that use it. Plain words wherever we could manage them.
Last updated 4 October 2026
Sixo is operated by Kiran Markad, an individual based in Maharashtra, India (“Sixo”, “we”, “us”). Contact: kiranmarkad3@gmail.com, +91 77589 80883, Maharashtra, India.
These terms apply to the Sixo Clinic app, its web console and this website (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your clinic.
1. Who may use Sixo Clinic
The service is for clinics, doctors and their staff. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Whoever creates a clinic's account (the “owner”) is responsible for the accounts created under it and for keeping passwords private.
2. What Sixo is — and is not
Sixo Clinic is a tool for keeping clinic records, writing and printing prescriptions and documents, and billing. It does not give medical advice. Every clinical decision, including what is prescribed, is the treating doctor's. Aids such as the allergy check help but do not replace the doctor's judgement. The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of what it records and for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to it.
3. Your records
Records your clinic enters belong to your clinic. You give Sixo permission to store, sync and process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Our support team may view your account only with your clinic's approval, for a limited time, and cannot change it.
4. Trial, plans and payment
- Every new clinic gets a free trial of 30 days with every feature.
- Paid plans: Single user, ₹299 for 30 days, for up to 1 user; Multi-user, ₹599 for 30 days, for up to 5 users. Prices are in Indian rupees.
- Payments are made in advance inside the app through Razorpay. Each payment adds 30 days to the remaining time. There is no automatic renewal.
- If your plan or trial ends, your account becomes read-only until you pay: nothing is deleted, and records can still be opened, printed and shared.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change never affects a period already paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to record data you have no right to hold, to try to reach another clinic's records, to interfere with the service or its security, or to resell it without our written agreement.
6. Availability
Sixo Clinic is built to keep working on your phones when our servers or your connection are unavailable, and we work to keep the servers running at all times. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may carry out maintenance when needed.
7. Ending the service
You may stop using Sixo at any time; simply don't renew. You may ask us to close your account and delete your records as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where the law allows.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, Sixo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your clinic paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell clinic owners by email before it takes effect.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Maharashtra, India. Please write to us first — most problems are solved faster by talking.
