Does it work without the internet?
Yes. Everything — registering patients, writing and printing prescriptions, taking payments — works with no signal at all. Sixo Clinic saves to the phone first and syncs on its own the moment a connection returns, so nobody has to remember to press anything.
Can I use it on more than one phone?
Yes. On the Multi-user plan up to 5 people can sign in on their own phones — say, the doctor and the receptionist. A patient registered at the front desk appears on the doctor's phone in seconds.
Can I print prescriptions in Marathi or Hindi?
Yes. Printed documents can use English, Marathi or Hindi, and one of the four layouts is the Marathi sheet clinics in Maharashtra know — with your own letterhead, logo, registration numbers and footer. Medicine names and doses stay in English, as a pharmacist expects.
Who can see my patients’ records?
Your clinic. Records are encrypted on your phones and kept separate from every other clinic on our servers. Nobody at Sixo can open your account unless somebody at your clinic approves a request — with a reason, for a limited time, which you can end whenever you like.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account becomes read-only: every patient, prescription and receipt can still be opened, printed and shared. Adding new records starts again the moment you renew.
How do I pay?
In the clinic console at clinic.sixo.si from any computer or phone — or inside the app if you installed it from sixo.si — by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay. Each payment adds 30 days to whatever time you have left — there is no auto-debit and no contract.
What if I change or lose my phone?
Sign in on the new phone and your clinic’s records come back from the server. Signing a lost phone out from the clinic console takes effect immediately.
Which phones does it run on?
Android 8 and newer — practically every Android phone sold in the last seven years. Prescriptions print on any printer Android can reach, or go out as a PDF on WhatsApp.
