What is delivered
Sixo Clinic is a digital service: an Android app and a web console. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
When
- The app is available to download immediately from sixo.si/download.
- The free trial starts as soon as you set up your clinic.
- A paid plan is activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — normally within a minute. Your plan screen and the clinic console show the new end date.
If it doesn't arrive
If a payment succeeded but your plan has not changed within an hour, email kiranmarkad3@gmail.com or call +91 77589 80883 with the Razorpay payment ID. Payments are matched automatically even if the app closed during payment.
